- Pink Grapefruit Breakfast Smoothie by crafty little gnome - Very refreshing and a new favorite.
- Fruit & Yogurt Breakfast Parfait from Iowa Girl Eats - I'm currently in love with this. The frozen fruit is the key to making this special and makes it a great option in the winter when fresh locally grown fruit isn't available.
- Lemon Poppy Seed Pancakes from Joy the Baker - Made these for dinner on the first Friday of lent. The rest are in the freezer to be popped in the toaster for a quick yummy breakfast on another morning.
- Pretzel Dogs from Tracey's Culinary Adventures - A home run!
- Cheesy Lasagna Rolls with Spinach and Ricotta Cheese from Whole Foods - Simple yet delicious.
